What we collect

• The quote form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), preferred way to be contacted, your vehicle, the service you are interested in, your notes and any photos you attach.
• Calls, texts and emails: whatever you share with us, such as your contact details, vehicle details and appointment times.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

The website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and you don’t need an account to use it.

How we use it

• To answer your request and prepare a quote.
• To schedule, carry out and follow up on the work on your vehicle.
• To contact you about your request or appointment, the way you asked us to.
• To keep the business records the law requires.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the website and the business:

• EmailJS, which delivers the quote form to our inbox.
• Cloudinary, which stores the photos you attach to the form.
• Google, which hosts our email.
• Our website hosting provider.

These providers handle the information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your request or appointment. We only send promotional texts if you have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Photos you send us

The photos you attach to the quote form, or send us by text or email, are only used to look at your vehicle before we quote. We don’t publish them. Photos we take of your vehicle at the shop are covered in our Terms of Service.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your request, serve you and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@355autospa.com or call 727.513.6138. To stop texts, reply STOP.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and the website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The website and our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

The website links to other services, such as Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
